YOUR SHIPPING QUESTIONS:
WHAT WILL MY SHIPPING COSTS BE?
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and is determined by the current USPS (United States Postal Service) rates. However during the holidays we may run a special and offer FREE SHIPPING. This is indicated on the home page and will be calculated when you checkout. We will send you tracking information. A signature is required when shipping to an apartment/condo complex. Please note once proof the package is delivered to the address we are provided, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for packages left at said address and are not collected.

We can Rush ship your items or UPS your order and will charge you exactly what UPS charges us.
There is a shipping charge for international orders. This varies country to country. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with merchandise going through customs. There will be a charge for all declined shipments.
HOW MUCH AM I CHARGED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
When you check out, you will be charged according to the country to which we are shipping and the weight of the item that is being shipped. For example, a boot weighs more than a sandal, and thus will cost more to ship internationally.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PURCHASE?
Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 7 business days or less. You will be advised if the item you ordered is on backorder or out of stock. Backordered items generally take 6-8 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise noted. You will not be charged until your order ships. If we special order an item for you, we will contact you with a ship date.

WHAT IF I DECIDE I DO NOT LIKE THE ITEM(S) I PURCHASED OR IT DOES NOT FIT?
As long as you have not worn the item, you may send it back to us and exchange it for another item, or we will credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All shoes must be in their original condition and in their original shoe boxes with tissue paper and dust bags if provided.
*You will not be reimbursed for shipping charges when an item is returned.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Baehr Feet enforces a 14 day return policy.
CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Yes, once we determine that the merchandise has not been worn and is in its original packaging.
CAN I EXCHANGE ONE ITEM FOR ANOTHER?
Yes, we encourage you to find another item that fits your needs.

Once you have submitted your order with payment you will receive a confirmation via e-mail or text message. Be sure to print a copy of your confirmation for future reference.

WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MY SIZE, CAN YOU GET IT?
If we do not have your size in stock you may contact us via e-mail or telephone and we will make our best attempt to get the item(s) in your size. We keep a larger inventory of the most popular sizes.
